Hemos adquirido una vivienda construida por esta empresa en 2023. Tras la entrega, han aparecido filtraciones persistentes que han provocado la aparición significativa de moho en varias habitaciones y otras estancias de la vivienda. Esta situación afecta gravemente la calidad del aire interior y genera una preocupación evidente desde el punto de vista sanitario. Debido a la extensión del problema, actualmente no podemos continuar residiendo en la vivienda en condiciones normales. Ante la falta de resolución, solicitamos la intervención de un abogado para canalizar formalmente la comunicación y definir las reparaciones necesarias. Hasta la fecha, no se ha alcanzado un acuerdo técnico formal por escrito que garantice una reparación definitiva, y las intervenciones realizadas no han resuelto el origen de las filtraciones. La situación se ha prolongado durante un periodo considerable sin una solución integral. Esperamos que pueda establecerse una solución técnica clara, documentada y duradera conforme a las obligaciones legales aplicables. Publicamos esta reseña para reflejar de manera objetiva nuestra experiencia actual. We purchased a property built by this company in June 2023. Following completion, persistent water infiltration led to significant mold development in several bedrooms and other areas of the property. This situation seriously affects indoor air quality and raises clear health concerns. Due to the extent of the problem, we are currently unable to continue living in the property under normal conditions. As the matter remained unresolved, we involved a lawyer to formally channel communications and define the necessary repairs. To date, no formal written technical agreement has been reached guaranteeing a definitive repair, and the interventions carried out have not resolved the root cause of the issue. The situation has now been ongoing for a considerable period without a comprehensive solution. We hope a clear, documented and lasting technical solution can be established in accordance with the applicable legal obligations. This review reflects our current experience in an objective manner.
