During the renovation of my villa in Ma...

During the renovation of my villa in Marbella, I worked with many different contractors over the course of 15 months. Without question, Veronica de Torres was the standout professional on the entire project. From the very beginning, Veronica approached the garden with incredible passion, dedication, and attention to detail. The first time I met her I had a sense I didn't need to worry about the garden aspect of the project and that certainly came true. She transformed what was essentially an empty space into something truly special. She designed and delivered not only an incredibly beautiful garden, but also the paving, lighting and every finishing detail that brought the entire outdoor space to life. What impressed me most wasn't just her talent—it was her work ethic. Throughout the project, she treated my garden as though it was the most important project she had. While many contractors aside from my builder, made you feel like you were simply one of many jobs, Veronica always made me feel like my project came first. She genuinely cared about creating something exceptional, for me, which she did, and her pride in her work was evident every single day. It was impressive to see. As someone who is very passionate about gardens, I appreciated how invested she became in bringing my outdoor space to life. She was present from start to finish, overseeing every detail personally and never compromising on quality. I actually miss having her around. Even after the project was completed, she has always been there at the drop of a hat whenever I've had a question about the irrigation system or needed advice on any aspect of the garden. That level of aftercare is incredibly rare. Beyond her professionalism, Veronica is simply a wonderful person. From the day we first met until the day the project finished, she was honest, warm, funny, hardworking and completely committed to achieving the best possible result. I cannot recommend Veronica highly enough. If you're looking for someone who is exceptionally talented, takes enormous pride in her work, and genuinely cares about her clients and the spaces she creates, she is the person you want. My garden has become my favourite part of my home, and I have Veronica to thank for that.

Ungenügende Ausführung und fehlende Gewä...

Ungenügende Ausführung und fehlende Gewährleistung Nicht zu empfehlen ! Wir haben Verónica de Torres Landscape Services für die Garten- und Lichtplanung unseres Hauses beauftragt. Leider müssen wir von einer Zusammenarbeit dringend abraten. Planungs- und Ausführungsmängel: Bereits kurz nach der Fertigstellung traten erhebliche Mängel auf. Pflanzen wurden ohne Rücksicht auf die tatsächlichen Wind- und Lichtverhältnisse vor Ort völlig falsch platziert, Beete wurden extrem überpflanzt, sodass sich die Pflanzen gegenseitig ersticken, und Palmen sterben durch ein fehlerhaftes Bewässerungskonzept ab. Das bezahlte Planungskonzept entspricht schlicht nicht der Realität. Defekte Beleuchtung & blockierte Kommunikation: Die installierte Außenbeleuchtung weist schwere Mängel auf und ist teilweise komplett funktionsunfähig. Obwohl der zuständige Elektriker die Defekte bei zwei Vor-Ort-Terminen selbst festgestellt und bestätigt hat, wird eine Nachbesserung verweigert. Stattdessen wird die Kommunikation über gängige Kanäle blockiert. Unautorisierte Veröffentlichung von Fotos: Trotz ausdrücklicher Aufforderung nutzt das Unternehmen ungefragt Foto- und Videomaterial unseres privaten Eigentums (Garten und Hausfassade) auf seinen geschäftlichen Social-Media-Kanälen zu Werbezwecken. Sämtliche Mängel wurden dem Unternehmen rechtzeitig, detailliert und nachweislich schriftlich gemeldet. Statt professioneller Nachbesserung im Rahmen der Gewährleistung wird hier gemauert. Absolut unprofessionelles Verhalten.
