Entré en la ferretería sin tener ni idea de cómo solucionar un problema de fontanería y queriendo comprar más de lo que necesitaba. La persona que me atendió me aconsejó sabiamente y quitó todo lo que no necesitaba para que no malgastara dinero. Ya tienen un cliente fijo y, por supuesto, un cliente que va recomendando la ferretería.
