Neil, Boris and their team have been absolutely fantastic in helping us achieve exactly what we were hoping for with our recent renovations. Wanted to use their services but was res...

Wanted to use their services but was rescheduled 3+ times. Professionals who schedule a meeting, book your place and show up. Neil continued to push the meeting. If you can not schedule a 1st meeting and show up how can you expect them to ever be on time. I cancelled the meeting because I can not sit at my phone 24/7 to reschedule to fit this company. There is a reason meetings are scheduled so it fits the client and not just the company. Neil is losing business because he simply can’t stick with a scheduled time. Changing one time is perfect, 2 times is ok, 3 times you don’t want work. Get someone knowledgeable about projects. And after I cancelled he gave me a sarcastic answer. Good luck ! Enough companies doing reforms 👋
