Hace un año y medio decidí solicitar un informe pericial para un problema que tenía en mi vivienda que no tenía ni idea de como afrontarlo, y en base a ese informe actuar, no conocía los servicios de ningún arquitecto y busque en internet encontrando este estudio que me dio buena impresión. No pude acertar mejor. Desde el primer momento han actuado con una profesionalidad increible, aportando lo más conveniente y mas económico para mi caso, en varias ocasiones he tenido que realizar alguna consulta posterior, y de verdad que no han podido ser mas amables y profesionales. Hoy no te encuentras personas de esta categoría personal y profesional en casi ningún sitio. Los recomiendo ampliamente a cualquiera que necesite. MUCHAS GRACIAS.

I have no hesitation in recommending this professional team of technical architects. They are based in Trapiche, near Vélez-Málaga with easy parking. Although not advertised on their website, they speak English well enough for British expats to have confidence in their work. We engaged them for a pre-purchase house survey and they also organised a topographical survey to establish the land boundaries which were uncertain. Their attentive and professional approach convinced us to engage them to manage the complete design and building required, including power and energy analysis, interior design and construction. They continue to show innovation, patience and capability. Well done Jesús & María!
