Para empezar, no son el servicio oficial...

Para empezar, no son el servicio oficial de Carrier. Carrier ya nos ha dicho que están denunciados por ello. Vinieron a nuestra casa a reparar nuestra máquina de aire. Nos cobraron 250 euros y ni si quiera nos dejaron ver las piezas que cambiaron. Todo muy opaco, vaya. Tras su marcha, el aire seguía sin funcionar. Volvieron a venir a casa y nos dijeron que era necesario cambiar también la centralita, lo que costaría 300 euros o más. Quedamos en que volverían a llamarnos con más información. Pero no volvieron a cogernos el teléfono. Por cierto, unos días después llamamos a un técnico de confianza que nos lo arregló todo por 60 euros y en pocos minutos.
