I paid €80,000 for the complete renovati...

I paid €80,000 for the complete renovation of my 120 m² apartment, expecting high-quality workmanship. Unfortunately, after moving in, we kept discovering problem after problem. Each time I raised an issue, I was told it wasn't their responsibility. This summer, after removing a kitchen cabinet, we found very poor workmanship hidden behind it. We also experienced serious humidity problems. I'll attach photos and videos so you can judge the quality for yourself. I'm extremely disappointed. After such a significant investment, I expected much better quality and customer service.
