I just arrived to Marbella and, like man...

I just arrived to Marbella and, like many people, was looking for a reliable cleaning company based on reviews. I chose this one because of several positive comments, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The company was very responsive and offered a good price. However, on the actual day of cleaning none of the cleaners showed up on time. We had agreed on three people, but only two arrived at first, and the third came later. They came without proper cleaning materials – just a piece of fabric and a few sprays, which is definitely not enough to clean an apartment after renovation. They even brought a Kärcher machine but didn’t have the connector, so it could not be used. I had to provide some of my own supplies. The staff were friendly but did not speak a word of English, which made communication difficult. Attention to detail was lacking: the borders and corners remained full of dust, and I had to clean them myself afterwards. The terrace and windows were done well, but I had to instruct them on how to remove paint stains and which products to use. Despite paying €400 (with the agreement that three people would work 5.5 hours each), this did not happen. In reality, only two women worked during that time (including a 15-minute break), while the man did not participate as agreed and left at the same time as the others. One older Spanish lady really tried to do her job well, but the rest of the team was absolutely careless. Overall, I feel I overpaid for the service and unfortunately , unless you have time and mental capacity to go touch and check every corner yourself after their job, I cannot recommend this company. Adding photo of bordures AFTER the cleaning , which i has to clean after they have left.
