I just wanted to say a big thank you to LT Construction for building our new home in Benahavís. From the first day until the last detail, your team has been professional, organized, and always ready to help us with every question. For us, living in a foreign country and doing such a big project was a little scary at the beginning, but you made the whole process clear and easy to follow. We are very happy with a final result, and we will definitely recommend LT Construction to anyone who wants to build or renovate a house on the Costa del Sol. Thank you again for all your hard work and dedication. Our new home looks great, and we are happy client.

From the first visit the quote was clear and realistic, with no surprises. Their team turned up when they said they would, coordinated trades smoothly, and kept me updated every step via WhatsApp with progress photos and decisions needed. The finish is superb—straight lines, clean tiling, neat carpentry—and they left the place spotless. Any small snags were handled quickly without fuss. It’s rare to find a builder in Marbella who combines great communication, fair pricing, and this level of craftsmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.
