I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Caorza Group has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. We have been facing serious issues with the air conditioning system, which multiple technicians and specialists have identified as a hydrothermal machine problem. However, instead of addressing the real issue, Caorza keeps sending the wrong technicians—people who are clearly not qualified to handle this specific type of system. It’s like explaining the same thing to a wall; they either don’t understand, or worse, they simply don’t care. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, they continue to ignore expert assessments, wasting time by sending unqualified individuals who do nothing to fix the actual issue. This has caused significant discomfort, especially during the peak of summer, and shows a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. It honestly feels like they are trying to cut corners instead of resolving the issue properly. Their customer service is non-existent, and their response time is painfully slow—if they even respond at all. I would never recommend Caorza Group to anyone looking for reliable property management or real estate services. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away.
