El viernes me instaló un termo y no está...

El viernes me instaló un termo y no está bien instalado,me dijo que se pasaría el lunes sin falta a las 17.00h y nada, he llamado al servicio técnico y me han pedido la factura de compra,se la solicité a Raúl Ruiz, y no me la ha dado ni coge el teléfono a día de hoy, a mí pareja que tiene un bar la misma operación...sin factura. Así que cuando venga el técnico mañana pondré denuncia y le reclamaré los gastos que me está originando la situación
